ABOUT MOTOVUN
Motovun is ancient little town surrounded with a
medieval wall on the top of a steep hill 277m above
sea level, overlooking Mirna Valley.

In the town's main square, next to the Church of St. Stjepan, (which
dates from the 17th century) there rises a romano-gothic tower bell
from 13th century. The other side of the square features a Romanic
palace, the biggest secular building in Istria, from that period.
